It’d become a trend since I came here to MSU: find new ‘lepak’ spot when final exam is around the corner. During my previous semester I found Subang and Klang. This semester, I reached Damansara and KL. I can really say I had fun cruising from place to place on my Honda Wave. Oh seriously, I didn’t touch any academic reading materials yet so far. I wonder how bad I did in mid-semester. Until today, the results are not out yet. Anyway, this blog entry and the following ones are meant to tell you guys what I did just one week before exam! I must admit, I achieved a lot n such little time!
May 16, 2008:
Well, class is available like normal. That day, all of us are tension! Two quizzes in a single day! It’s actually pretty hard to study under such pressure. So, I did it freestyle. I think I wrote stuffs which are irrelevant. I did not make enough preparation and I guess both lecturers are going to flunk me in both quizzes.
After the quizzes, I and Aj went to Sunway, and bought 4 tickets for Narnia. Then we went for dinner at Wendy’s! God, the burgers are great! And when they say large, they do mean real LARGE. That makes Mc Donald’s large set their medium set, and Mc Donald’s medium set their small set. Their burgers looked special with uncut corners! And the taste is just as great as the size.
After dinner, we met up with Chanel and Fi. Soon, we’re already in the Cineplex snapping pictures. Hahaha.. And then one of the trailers caught my attention. The title of the movie is Hancock, starring Will Smith. From what I found on the internet, Hancock is a comedy superhero movie slated to be release on July 2nd, this year. After the trailer, I must it’s a must watch!
Well, Narnia is great. High King Peter looks good. Prince Caspian X looks good. King Edmund looks good. Queen Susan looks good. Queen Lucy looks good. But the story is just weird. The whole battle tolls up lives, but the truth is Aslan could’ve settled it with a single roar. You can watch the whole 2 hour movie by yourself, or I can summarize the whole story for you with a single line:

Oh, we woke up early. Really! We all woke up before 10a.m. even though we reached late the night before. Actually we planned to go Bukit Cerakah, that’s why we so early woke up. If not, I think everyone sleep till 2 or 3 o’clock. Haha..
Once we reach the place, we lose our patience straight away. We rent our bikes and off we go!

Aslan is watching as the Kings and Queens wander around Narnia making stupid decisions that get many Narnians killed in action and finally, stylishly roar their stupidity off before the credit rolls.

Bergaya tak? Rented bikes.
All action.. Get bike all paddle off at full speed!
Left me alone at the back taking pictures.

All of us are as energetic as we could be when we reached that place. But it doesn’t last. The energy-boost that we experience lasted no more than 5 minutes.
Totally exhausted!
After a series of unfortunate events: people vomit, people headache, and people complaining that he needs his 100Plus; we finally make it to the bottom of Bukit Cerakah. Unexpectedly, the only person who finishes the lap without any problem is our little mummy Chanel. Kuat! Kitorang nampak macam orang nak mati tak mati mati, dia plak relax macam orang tengah shopping!
Next, we enjoy free bus ride. And it was really fun! After getting enough fresh air, we went to Rumah Empat Musim. Well, actually this Rumah Empat Musim is a special room in Bukit Cerakah where they artificially create the four seasons which we Malaysian cannot experience. This time of the year, it’s spring! So it’s flowery lah inside. We snap a lot pictures inside the season house. Even outside the Rumah Empat Musim also we snap a lot! Even in the bus also we snap a lot! Wahahaha... We really are a bunch of budak gila gambar!

There’re too many pictures at Bukit Cerakah to upload here. So I guess I’ll fit the others into an album and link it here later.
That night, we went over to Fi’s place because our place no electricity. And that night was the first time I ever experience the taste of Kajang’s Satay! In my opinion, it’s not as tasty as I thought it would be. Bak kata pepatah Melayu, “Indah khabar dari rupa”. But I don't mean they taste bad. It just doesn’t taste as good and juicy as what people had told me.

Look at how many satays they make at a time!
After dinner, we went to Mines to play bowling! Chanel sure can bowl. She impressed me that day. We all approved her as the strongest among us. I guess her shopping habits do contributed to her athletic build and stamina. Wahaha..
We travel a lot that day! From Shah Alam to Bukit Cerakah, to Wangsa Maju, Setapak, to Kajang, then to Mines! Phew.. I guess that’s all for part 1.Tired of typing and uploading already. Blog later.
